About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join an exciting international project. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and helping stakeholders understand performance, trends, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

You will work closely with business teams, product owners, and technical stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Business Intelligence tools.
• Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across data sources.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities and business performance.
• Support data governance initiatives and promote best practices in data management.
• Create and maintain documentation related to reports, metrics, and business definitions.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation, and governance processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools.
• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, or advanced analytics techniques.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working in international environments.
