Data Analyst and Coordination Executive

Looking for someone who can support with data research, database preparation, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and basic analysis for an upcoming initiative.

This will be a part-time or project-based role for the next 2 to 3 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and prepare structured databases
2. Collect and organize relevant information from different sources
3. Maintain clean trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
4. Identify the right people or organizations to connect with
5. Send professional messages and emails when required
6. Follow up in a timely and organized manner
7. Coordinate calls and meetings
8. Prepare weekly progress reports
9. Analyze collected data and share simple insights
10. Support planning and coordination of upcoming activities

Eligibility:

1. Good research skills
2. Ability to organize data properly
3. Good written communication skills
4. Ability to follow up professionally
5. Who can work independently

Prior experience in data analysis, research, coordination, outreach, business development, or admin support will be an added advantage.

Someone based in India is preferred.
