Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for components deployment and configuration as part of integrating various Security Solutions in medium to large enterprise environments. Drawing on both technical and business acumen, the role offers the opportunity to interact with, and manage relations between, both customers and internal Bell Canada teams. The role requires hands‑on design and deployment of projects with project teams of varying sizes.

Key Responsibilities Complex testing, deploying, integrating, and remediating security solutions. Contribute to defining and scoping customer requirements with a focus on security solutions at an enterprise level. Develop detailed architecture solutions, analyze functional and technical specifications, and create testing documents, build books, and more in support of complex deployment, configuration, and integration activities.

Work directly with Customer Technical Leads, Bell Technical Leads, and supporting team members in driving successful technical security solution delivery based on project timelines and expectations. Provide technical support services to develop and maintain integrated security solutions. Configure and validate secure systems, test security products and systems to identify security weaknesses.

Contribute to the continuous growth of the Security Solutions practice through mentorship, identification of new opportunities, and development of new security solutions. Take on responsibility to ensure full security solution integration across multiple products and become a subject‑matter expert. Own outcomes and deliver on time, learning quickly as required.

Provide presales assistance to the sales organizations in the form of SoW development, RFP assistance, and accurate level‑of‑effort estimates. Undergo technical training on new technologies and integrate them into solutions. Gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization and across departments.

Deploy technologies such as Network Security, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Cloud Security, Firewalls, DLP, IDS/IPS, and more. Critical Qualifications University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent college diploma with experience. 3+ years of delivering network and/or security projects. Experience installing and configuring firewalls.

Working knowledge of Office 365 and Visio. Availability to work in office (or customer) 3 days a week. Eager to learn and implement new technologies.

Experienced in interacting with external clients at all levels, obtaining requirements, providing guidance, or architecting solutions, or a willingness to develop these capacities. Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects. Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical concepts at technical, user, and management levels. Strong troubleshooting and networking foundation. Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously with minimal supervision.

Willingness to obtain a Secret Security Clearance issued by a Government of Canada agency (or similar). Experience defining requirements and providing security guidance and best practices. Experience implementing and configuring security solutions.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of NIST CSF/ISO 27000. Experience with programming, automation, or scripting. Experience recommending security best practices for design and configuration of security solutions.

Canadian citizenship. SECRET or TS clearance. Bilingual (English & French).
