As a B2B Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will support business customers via phone and email while identifying upselling opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. What will you do?

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver professional customer service to business clients
  • Identify customer needs and actively work with upselling opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships and create positive customer experiences
  • Work towards clear service and sales targets


Candidate profile

  • Comfortable working towards sales targets
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Positive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required
