Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand at our Mackay branch.
Your Duties
- Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet and serve “walk‑in” customers and guests.
- Yard operational support – filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles.
- Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements.
- Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products.
- Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
- Online orders, email / fax orders, ring around calls, banking and cash balancing.

Requirements
- Forklift licence preferable
- Delivery Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
