Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their centre in Mosborough, a new position within their automotive centres nationwide. The role is a front‑of‑house position that provides trusted advice and exceptional service to valued customers.
Location & Compensation
Location: Mosborough
Pay / Salary: Basic £30,000 + bonus £500 per month (OTE £36,000)
Job Type & Schedule
Job type: Permanent / Full time
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (single day off in the week); Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00

Responsibilities
- Own the complete in‑centre customer journey from arrival to departure and future bookings
- Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service that builds advocacy and loyalty
- Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolve enquiries and complaints with care and speed
- Maintain impeccable front‑of‑house presentation, merchandising, and brand standards at all times
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand‑offs to the workshop team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing sales, advisory, or service role (e.g., retail, automotive, hospitality, or professional services)
- Demonstrable track record of building rapport, handling objections, and closing sales ethically
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and honestly (training provided)
- Customer‑first mindset with genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences
- High integrity and commitment to ethical selling – comfortable saying “no” when it is the right thing for the customer
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge across tyres, MOT, servicing and related areas (full training provided)
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge
- No driving licence required
