Role Details

• Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
• Start Date: August 10th
• Contract: 6 months
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-7pm+ 1 in 3 Saturdays (RotatingRosta)
• Pay: $42.49 + super, paid weekly
• Training: 2 weeks classroom style

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries with care and professionalism
• Providing clear, friendly advice and direction
• Navigating multiple systems to keep information up-to-date
• Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Previous call center or phone-based customer service experience is a plus
• Ready to start 10th August and commit to the full contract term
• Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in as a team player.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, particularly a strong sense of empathy.
• Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new systems.
