Customer service specialist

We're looking for a friendly, organised Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our automotive service customers. You'll work closely with our workshop team to keep customers informed and make sure each visit runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer calls and manage service bookings
• Record vehicle concerns clearly for the workshop
• Explain recommended repairs, estimates and timeframes
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff
• Prepare invoices and complete vehicle handovers

About you

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Confidence handling customer concerns professionally
• Basic computer skills
• Automotive service experience is preferred, but applicants with strong customer service experience are welcome
