Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (Post-Sales) who will be the single point of contact for our customers after the sales closure, ensuring a smooth and satisfying journey until project completion and handover.

Responsibilities\n

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project confirmation.
\n
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
\n
• Coordinate with Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Site Execution, Accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
\n
• Keep customers informed about project progress through regular updates.
\n
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and review sessions.
\n
• Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
\n
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
\n
• Escalate critical issues to management when required.
\n
• Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
\n
• Collect customer feedback and support post-handover relationship management.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Client Servicing, CRM, or Project Coordination.
\n
• Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or a similar industry is mandatory.
\n
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate across departments.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
\n
