About the Role
Chubb Fire & Security Australia is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our Key Accounts team. As the central point of contact for our National Key Account customers, you will play a vital role in delivering responsive, accurate and high-quality service. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while ensuring service requirements and customer SLAs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for National Key Account customers
Coordinate and administer Key Account activities, including logging work orders, generating compliance reports and processing invoicing
Respond to customer enquiries and communications within agreed service-level timeframes
Build strong working relationships with Service Managers, Technicians and key customers
Identify customer needs, issues and priorities, ensuring they are managed effectively
Maintain accurate information across internal systems and customer records
Support the wider Key Accounts team with general administration and coordination activities
About You
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
Strong computer systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Effective time-management and organisational skills
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
A strategic mindset and the ability to understand and analyse customer needs
Experience in a service-related maintenance business, or knowledge of fire safety and security solutions, will be highly regarded
