Customer Service Representatives (Banking/Financial Services)

$17.60/hour + Monthly Performance Incentives | Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers in the financial services industry. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve account-related concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and account inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering a positive experience

Provide accurate information and account support

Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve performance objectives

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications while speaking with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Openness to coaching and continuous development

Preferred Qualifications

• Supporting U.S.-based customers
• Auto finance or financial services experience
• Experience working with customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS or ESAT

Schedule & Training

Training Schedule:

Monday through Friday

Work Schedule:

37.5 hours per week

Monday through Friday

Must be available to work any shift between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM

Employment Requirements

• Clear criminal background check required before start date
• Employment reference verification covering the previous 12 consecutive months in Canada or the United States
