CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIRED
Save Rent a Car and Truck – Parramatta NSW
Due to company expansion SRACT are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a positive experience to all valued customers.
- Answering telephone, taking enquiries and making bookings.
- Answering emails and online bookings.
- Providing customer service with all bookings, explaining all options and terms and conditions.
- Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Completing damage reports for vehicles going outand returning.
- Report to manager.
Applicant will need:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self motivated
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service sales background
- Ability to multi-task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
- Ability to learn our software
- Ability to use a computer
- Automotive experience and advantage
- Valid Australian Driving Licence
