You'll also need to be confident making outbound calls, whether that's checking in on a quote or grabbing feedback after a job.

The Role
- Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up warm leads and customer enquiries
- Book jobs and appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and check in with customers for feedback
- Problem‑solve on the spot and find solutions for customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Become a valued part of a supportive, high‑performing office team

- Confident on the phone — comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
- Warm, engaging and genuinely likeable
- Great problem solver who thinks on their feet
