The role of Customer Service Representative
- Be at the forefront of the business supporting customers throughout their sales order journey
- Work in a b2b role with your own repeat customers
- Take the order and process it onto the system
- Handle the customer journey from start to finish ensuring the best level of customer service
- Handle any queries throughout and resolve any issues or delays
- Carry out lots of administrative duties
