As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our offices in Valencia, Spain. Role Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting our international customers by providing professional and efficient service throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Process, register, and monitor customer orders accurately.
• Provide product information and support to customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company's ERP/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, Spanish, and French (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
