About the role
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join this Call Centre team and play a key role in supporting Residential Valuers through the end-to-end valuation process.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage & coordinate inspection bookings, reschedules, workflow progression, system updates, and stakeholder communications. Acting as a central point of contact for clients, valuers, and internal teams, you'll help ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and optimal turnaround.
This is a great phone based opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and workflows while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience to provide positive customer experiences over the phone
- Excellent rapport building through verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Good computer skills to complete administrative tasks and
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Someone who is flexible and enjoys meeting KPIβs
- Availability to attend an assessment centre on Friday 17th July 2026
- Availability to commence late July or early August 2026
