Customer Service Representative

Based in Pascoe Vale | Permanent Full Time | Immediate Start

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced candidate from the construction, plaster or timber industry to join our team based at our store and showroom in Pascoe Vale. Training will be provided to the right candidate, so if you have the industry knowledge and the drive to succeed we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Order entry and credits
• Logistics, supply chain and transport administration
• Customer contact management
• Communication with manufacturing sites and dispatch teams on order status
• Communication with the sales team on order status
• Reporting on issues as they arise

About You

• Minimum 2 years experience in the building industry with strong construction knowledge
• Excellent communication skills — able to listen, interpret and convey information clearly and accurately
• Ability to take direction and work well within a team
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to deliver high quality work within agreed timeframes
