We are looking for a customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you love stock markets, enjoy solving client queries, and want to build a rewarding career in fintech operations—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Client First: Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via calls and emails, delivering prompt resolutions within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Tech Guide: Walk clients through the Bajaj Broking trading app and web portal, troubleshooting technical glitches and guiding them on platform features.
• Problem Solving & Escalations: Identify client pain points and collaborate with internal teams (RMS, Tech, Back-Office) to resolve complex issues smoothly.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date interaction records using Salesforce CRM.
• Performance Excellence: Deliver on core service metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and quality standards.
• Value Addition: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support revenue growth and enrich the client's trading journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer support or client operations (experience in a stockbroking or fintech environment is strongly preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Indian equity markets, basic trading terminologies, and capital market operations.
• Certifications: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is a plus!
• Tech Comfort: Hands-on experience navigating trading apps, web portals, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, customer-centric approach.
