PROMAN are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a successful fashion and lifestyle business based in Central Manchester.

Ancoats, Manchester (M1)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

£12.71 per hour
20-37.5 hours per week

The Role

As part of the customer service team, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Provide timely and professional support
• Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
• Complete a variety of administration duties
• Work across different platforms and internal systems

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Communicate confidently and professionally
• Are organised and comfortable with administrative work
• Possess good computer skills and can navigate multiple systems
• Can adapt to changing business demands and workloads

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Typical working week of 37.5 hours
• Flexibility required to support business needs
