Job DescriptionCustomer Service & Order Processing Coordinator Osborne is recruiting for aCustomer Service & Order Processing Coordinatorto join an innovative organisation in the nutrition sector. Whats on Offer €34,000€37,000 Permanent position Dublin 24, fully onsite Pension 21 days annual leave, increasing to 22 days On-site parking MondayThursday: 9:00am6:00pm Friday: 9:00am5:00pm Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders, samples, stock and deliveries accurately and efficiently. Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to queries and issues. Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Commercial, Imports, Technical and Quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Liaise with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely collection, dispatch and delivery of orders. Keep customers updated on order and delivery progress. Maintain accurate sales order and delivery records.

Identify opportunities to improve order processing and customer service procedures. Support existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth. Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements Degree inBusiness, Food Science, Nutrition or a related fieldis desirable. Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support or supply chain is an advantage. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Customer-focused with a proactive and positive approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Strong team player with good commercial awareness.
