Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to step into a stable role with a leading Australian brand in the bathroom and tiling industry?
We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's busy distribution centre team in Kemps Creek.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound phone and email enquiries regarding product specs, order status, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
- Operations Support: Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve customer issues, track orders, and perform occasional physical stock checks.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate order records and customer profiles using CRM software and MS Excel.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of customer service experience (background in building supplies, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, or tiling is highly advantageous).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on quick, efficient problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM or ERP software.
- Reliable transport required to get to Kemps Creek daily.
- MUST be a permanent resident to be considered
