About the Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the link between our customers, warehouse and delivery drivers.

You'll investigate delivery enquiries, coordinate with multiple departments, communicate updates, resolve issues and ensure every customer receives professional, timely service.

Your day may include:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Tracking deliveries and investigating transport issues.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
• Managing delivery exceptions and resolving customer concerns.
• Providing accurate updates and following through until issues are resolved.
• Working closely with internal teams to keep freight moving.
• Building long-term relationships with customers across the liquor industry.
