We are working alongside our client in the Environmental Science Sector to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

Our client is an established Pesticide developer and manufacturer. Their HQ is in the US and they have a strong presence in Latin America.

The Role

• Lead Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Import/Export operations across Brazil and Conosur.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Import/Export operations across Brazil and Conosur.
• Lead, develop, and coach regional teams while ensuring an effective organizational structure and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing service performance, logistics execution, inventory governance, and business continuity.
• Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring achievement of service, cost, quality, and inventory targets.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives across freight, warehousing, and customs activities.

Requirements\ Qualifications

• Degree, on Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA or master’s in supply chain management preferred
• APICS certification is a plus
• 10 Years cumulative experience in different areas of Supply Chain. Previous experience in Logistics / Inventory management / Customer Service / International Logistics

Salary: 235,000-270,000 BRL per year + 15% bonus
