-No prior industry experience required -Meet with clients on Zoom to help them enroll in our benefit programs -Explain options in a clear, simple, and relatable way -Use basic computer skills (email, Zoom, online systems) daily -Follow a proven process with training and support provided -Work independently while being part of a supportive team -Grow your skills, income, and career through ongoing coaching Industry leaders will train all new canidates, but you must be: -Coachable and demonstrate high integrity -have a desire to help others -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
