The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their international freight movements are managed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with customers, overseas offices, operations teams and management, you will play a key role in ensuring shipments move seamlessly from booking through to final delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Coordinate international Freight shipments
  • Provide proactive communication and updates to customers
  • Liaise with overseas offices and global agents to ensure shipment deadlines are achieved
  • Maintain accurate shipment milestones and documentation
  • Prepare customer KPI reporting
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems and service delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous Customer Service experience within International Freight Forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of Import and/or Export Air & Sea Freight operations
  • Experience of managing customer accounts and shipment requirements
  • Experience of using CargoWise beneficial
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team

$95,000 + Super (pending experience)
