Customer service executives

We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
• Explain services, offers and promotions to customers.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates with any qualification having good communication skills.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu will be an advantage.
