Customer Service - Cruisemaster

As we continue to grow and evolve our service offering, we are looking for customer centric individuals who will become Cruisemaster brand champions, providing expert technical and diagnostic assistance, that support a broad range of customers, distributors, and end users.

You bring an energy and approach that sees you take great pride in providing a seamless and exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Providing clear and accurate information with regards to product, inventory or general fitment booking enquiries.

Your curious & committed - technical based customer support experience a plus, but your energy matters most

See a task through to completion, demonstrating a consistent customer-centric mindset with all interactions

Passion for the automotive industry (or at least cars, outdoors or 4WDriving make your eyes light up)

Resilient, solutions-focused, and thrive on a challenge and a pace that makes the days go faster

Strong people skills - sense of humour and don’t mind being around inquisitive minds

Tech-comfortable (MS Office/ERP's & CRM systems don’t scare you)

What will make accelerate your application!

You have a trade background in a related field (Auto-Electrician/Fitment Technician/Mechanic) and/or demonstrated working background in a technical based customer service role/environment

Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information

OEM/ Automotive or Caravan related experience

Your common- sense approach, can-do attitude complimented by your proven ability to effectively communicate and be proactive in a fast-paced changing work environment will see you transition into the role with ease.
