We are on the lookout for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate team players to join our Customer Service team at ANU - Ursula Hall on a Full Time basis. Bringing your energy and personality to form greater connections with students, you will assist in making their time with us truly special.
We are after someone with experience working within a customer service or front office environment. Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, good computer skills, organisational skills and a “we care” attitude.
We have fun at work but at times we can be run off our feet, welcoming or saying goodbye to our residents. There are lots of qualities that we look for in our team, but above all we need people who are resilient, supportive, hands on and positive. You may feel you do not meet all the criteria, but if you are eager to learn the UniLodge way we still want to hear from you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator will include but not be limited to:
- Operate the day-to-day front desk reception.
- Create a friendly environment that delivers an exceptional customer service experience for our residents.
- Assist all prospective residents and visitors in the most efficient and professional manner.
- Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion.
- Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
- Maintain effective liaisons with property services.
- Monitor and report concerns regarding resident safety and wellbeing and elevate as required.
- Energetically contribute to the creation of a team environment where everyone helps each other.
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties as assigned by senior management, such as handling of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, response to correspondence etc, in line with your position and industry standards.

Our mandatory requirements include:
- Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
This is a fixed-term position through to December 31, 2026
