Full training provided with ongoing support from day one

Hybrid flexibility with one work‑from‑home day after training

We're looking for customer‑focused problem solvers who enjoy helping people, learning new skills and delivering great service in a high‑volume environment. Join a busy and supportive contact centre team where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and helping resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally.

With comprehensive training, strong leadership support and a focus on first call resolution, you'll be set up for success from day one.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive hourly rate + full‑time hours.
  • Full training and structured onboarding programme.
  • Ongoing coaching, support and development.
  • Water‑a‑day remote work once per week following training (capability based).
  • No weekend or public holiday work.
  • Supportive team culture and experienced leadership.
  • Build valuable contact centre experience with a recognised national organisation.

About the role

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on first call resolution.
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build rapport with customers and confidently handle a variety of enquiries.
  • Follow established processes and procedures in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Work rostered shifts between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
  • Commit to the full assignment duration.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve service and performance goals.

About you

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Confident using technology and learning new systems quickly.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to balance empathy with professionalism, confidently communicating outcomes that may not always align with a customer's expectations.
  • No extended leave planned during the contract period.
  • Able to pass a National Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening.
  • Full Australian work rights for the duration of the assignment (Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply; applicants with restricted work hours are not suitable).
