Customer Service Consultant

About the role:

Based at our Sydney Head Office, this role supports national accounts by delivering high-quality customer service and coordinating freight and project activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries with a high level of service
• Coordinating national accounts and supporting Project Managers
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Using internal and third-party systems to support operations
• Quoting and coordinating project work
• Resolving customer queries and supporting ad-oc reporting

What you will bring to this role:

• Experience in a customer service or administration-based role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, highly motivated approach
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
