What You’ll Do
You will learn all about working in a busy sales department.
The Role & Your Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Responding to customer emails
- Daily data entry of orders via Sage
- Transferring data from one source to another
- Quality checking data entered by the team
Training OutcomeOn completion the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 or Customer Service Specialist Level 3 depending on job role.

Course: Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2). Route: Sales, Marketing and Procurement. Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate.
Working Arrangements
- Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Expected Duration: 1Year3Months
