About the Role
An exciting opportunity has come up for anyone eager to land a position in customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support at every stage of their experience. This position is perfect for someone just embarking on their career and seeking something unique.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers via phone and email.
Assist with any product enquiries and prepare quotes as needed.
Provide end-to-end sales support – process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure appropriate paperwork is complete.
Effectively manage freight processes – ensure transport details, lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively.
Skills & Experience
Experience working in a customer-facing role. (optional)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be able to work with all sorts of people and be diplomatic and discreet when appropriate.
Intermediate computer and data management skills.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills – the ability to manage competing responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
