Opportunity
Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join the team based in Bomaderry, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll be central to keeping our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while supporting the team to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers.
What Will You Do?
- Respond professionally to inquiries and provide quotations to our customers face to face, and via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records, update job processes and invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with trades, commercial, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Raise purchase orders for materials, ensuring smooth production, timely dispatch, coordinated freight, and accurate invoicing.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team in delivering exceptional service.
More About You
You are a dedicated individual with a willingness to learn; you will also have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Building products knowledge – experience within the construction industry would be highly desired.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to seeking guidance when needed.
- Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems including MS Office.
