Job Description
Elite Personnel is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer care - without the pressure of sales or cold calling.
Type: Temporary - 12-week contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
- Working within a dynamic call centre setting - teamwork and pace are key!
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates ready to start immediately
- Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential - full training provided
