Customer Service Advisor
Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, one of the UK’s largest providers of car and van leasing, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our award-winning team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll help customers through every stage of their leasing journey, from answering questions to resolving issues and delivering the high standard of service we're known for.
You'll become part of an award-winning team that values collaboration, development, and great customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping customers by phone and email with a range of queries throughout their leasing journey.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints fairly, professionally and efficiently.
- Working closely with dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers to keep customers updated on vehicle orders and deliveries.
- Supporting customers with in-life vehicle queries and finding practical solutions.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Working with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a customer service, customer care or after-sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and by email.
- The ability to stay calm and positive when dealing with challenging situations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, rising to £27,000 per annum after six months. You will also be entitled to a range of company benefits after a qualifying period, including a workplace pension scheme, paid birthday leave, training and development opportunities and long service rewards.
This is a full-time, office-based position at our Didsbury office in Manchester. Our office has excellent public transport links and limited free on-site parking.
