Maintenance Technician | Newcastle (Grainger Town) | Temporary - Mid September 2026

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician with a passion for keeping properties safe, functional, and looking their best? We're looking for a reliable and skilled professional to join our team in the heart of Newcastle on a temporary basis.

What You'll Do

• Carry out routine property inspections and maintenance
• Respond quickly to repair requests
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Maintain a safe and professional working environment
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver a great resident experience
• Keep maintenance records up to date

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance or property repair experience
• Good knowledge of building systems, including plumbing and electrical
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant qualifications are desirable
