As a Customer Service Advisor at Coloplast, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, process orders, and deliver a professional and positive experience from start to finish. You will help people feel heard, supported, and empowered in their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer focus: Place the customer at the centre of every interaction, delivering attentive support that makes a real difference.
  • Phone excellence: Handle a high volume of incoming calls with confidence, precision, and a positive energy that reassures and supports.
  • Order processing: Manage orders efficiently and respond to delivery‑related questions with clarity and care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across teams to create a seamless experience and ensure every customer feels valued.

The ideal candidate will be highly customer‑oriented, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at multitasking. A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar role is recommended.
