Position Summary

As a Customer Enrollment Specialist, you will meet with community members face-to-face to educate them about available programs and services while assisting qualified individuals through a simple enrollment process. This is a customer-focused role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members in assigned local territories.
• Educate customers on available programs and services.
• Assist applicants through the enrollment process using a tablet or smartphone.
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation.
• Represent Spann Marketing LLC with integrity and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we provide paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay with Expected Earnings: $400–$700 per week
• Top Performers Earn: Up to $1,000 per week based on performance
