Provide a high level of customer service, responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction

Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company procedures

Key Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, formulas, basic reporting)

Experience in a customer service or sales environment

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
