We have an exciting opportunity for a
Customer Relationship Executive
to join our team in
Newport
and play a key role in developing strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
As a Customer Relationship Executive, youll work closely with customers to understand their needs, ensure theyre getting the very best from our products and services, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Youll conduct regular business reviews, monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities where Speedy can provide additional support, products or services. Working closely with our Account Managers and wider Sales team, youll help strengthen existing relationships while supporting the continued growth of our business.
This is a target-driven role, so youll be comfortable working towards agreed
KPIs and objectives , while always keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
What youll need:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop trusted customer relationships
Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to manage your workload effectively and work towards targets and KPIs
A collaborative approach to working with Account Managers and the wider Sales team
The ability to identify opportunities to further develop customer accounts
Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy
Decade to Deliver
Desirable:
Previous experience working as a Customer or Client Relationship Executive, or a proven track record of successfully managing and developing customer relationships.
