Year 5 Teacher (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Set clear expectations and maintain strong behaviour management strategies
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and consistency
• Be confident, organised, and resilient
• Have a passion for supporting pupils academic and personal development
