Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Facilities Operations: o Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the co-working space, including common areas, meeting rooms, HVAC systems, lighting, restrooms, and equipment. o Conduct regular inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. o Manage access control systems, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness. • Vendor Management: o Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.) and ensure service level agreements are met. o Source and evaluate new vendors as needed. • Space Management & Optimization: o Monitor occupancy levels and assist in planning workspace configurations to maximize utility. o Coordinate internal moves, setups for events, and changes to office layouts. • Inventory Management: o Manage facilities-related budgets and track expenses. o Oversee inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture; ensure timely procurement. • Services & Support: o Serve as a point of contact for member concerns related to the workspace environment. o Collaborate with community managers to ensure seamless member experiences. • Compliance & Sustainability: o Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and building regulations. o Implement sustainable practices to reduce energy use and waste. Requirements: • 2 to 6 years of Experience • Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Office Manager, or similar role, preferably in a co-working, hospitality, or commercial real estate setting. • Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and vendor management. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
