As a key member of the surgical team, you will ensure the smooth execution of procedures in the OR, OPS, CS, and other areas where invasive procedures are performed.

Surgical Technician Job Responsibilities Assist in Surgical Procedures: Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently. Sterile and Aseptic Techniques: Maintain sterile and aseptic environments to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Equipment Preparation and Maintenance: Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are fully prepared, sterile, and in optimal condition for use. Work Across Multiple Settings: Provide support in the OR, OPS, CS, and other locations where invasive procedures are performed. On-Call Coverage: Take on-call hours as scheduled by the Director of Surgery to ensure adequate coverage when needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure smooth, successful surgeries. Job Requirements Licensure & Certifications: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. AHA BLS certification required (within 30 days of hire).

CST certification required or ability to obtain certification. Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of surgical techniques and aseptic practices. Ability to work efficiently with surgical tools and technologies.
