CRM Marketing Officer (French Speaker)

What you need to join us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid marketing experience, specifically in CRM management and marketing automation.
• Proven proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino, or similar tools is highly valued.
• Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, email, SMS, push notifications, assets, approvals, and workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer and campaign data and produce actionable reports.
• Ability to translate business objectives into CRM strategies while managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and French at C1 level.
• Nice to have: Adobe Campaign, Monday.com, A/B testing, CRM certifications, Mailchimp ou HubSpot, Excel, PowerBI.
