We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and flexible Account Services Analyst to join our Credit & Account Services team in Lisbon.


What does the Operations area do?

It provides service excellence in operations focusing on client needs. We do this by ensuring best practices of execution on services related to Funds, Cash/Securities Management and Settlements, Payments, Reconciliation, and Control of Credit Operational Business, as well as Account Maintenance documentation.


What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Perform client onboarding and account maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure the integrity, quality, and governance of client data across systems;
  • Manage account-related fees and service configurations;
  • Perform investigations, root cause analysis, and operational reviews to identify and mitigate operational risks;
  • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance-related requests;
  • Participate in strategic projects, system enhancements, and testing activities;
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls;
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, business teams, compliance, risk, legal, and technology teams;
  • Contribute to process documentation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge to junior team members.


What are we looking for?

  • Availability to work night shift (2pm - 11pm) and/or rotative schedule;
  • University degree required;
  • Relevant experience in Account Services or Client Data Management;
  • Experience with client onboarding, account maintenance and operational controls;
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Proactive, self-driven and able to help enhance the system and workflow;
  • Able to perform in a high-paced environment within tight time frames;
  • Team player with an open-minded approach towards other cultures and ability to work in an international team.
