Job Description: CRM Manager

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Experience: 6–8 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline Marketing/Business/Analytics background is a plus).

About the role: We are looking for a data-driven and strategic CRM Manager to lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy across key verticals. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, Product, and Data, and is responsible for driving user activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage through scalable lifecycle initiatives. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while building systems that scale month-on-month.

Responsibilities:

• 6–8 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing (consumer apps preferred).
• Strong understanding of Indian users, especially Tier 2/3+ audiences.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap or Braze.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with cohorts, funnels, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
• Ability to craft emotionally resonant communication that drives action.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
• Bias for action and comfort working in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.

Requirement:

• 6+ years of CRM/Lifecycle/Retention Marketing experience.
• Strong ownership of revenue, retention and lifecycle KPIs.
• B2C/D2C consumer app or e-commerce experience is mandatory.
• Design and execute end-to-end CRM journeys from onboarding to reactivation driving activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Align CRM campaigns with product features, user behavior, and festival/astrology calendars.
• Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-app).
• Build dashboards, automate reporting, and create scalable experimentation frameworks.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage or Braze.
• Strong knowledge of cohort analysis, funnels, A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize lifecycle programs.
• Exposure to dynamic catalogues/personalized recommendations is an advantage.
