Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Day Shifts 

We are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver role in Hull. You will be a Warehouse Operative with a Forklift licence. You will be working for a well-established non-food manufacturing business based in the HU9 area that is going through an exciting period of growth.

Requirements of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• A valid and in-date counterbalance forklift licence

• Previous warehouse experience

• This role is a Warehouse Operative with a Forklift licence, you will be required to perform Warehouse duties. 

• Able to commit to full-time work

• Reliable with an excellent attendance record

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Details of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.10pm
• Location: Hull, HU9
• Duration: Ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract

Role of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely within the warehouse and factory

• Loading and unloading lorries and delivery vehicles

• Moving stock and materials around the site

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately

• Ensuring orders are completed and ready for dispatch on time

• Carrying out general warehouse and labouring duties

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
