About the role
We are looking to expand our team with skilled and enthusiastic individuals to deliver on the Sellafield IDP framework.
The project is now recruiting a Senior Cost Controller / Project Controls Manager to take the lead on all project controls functions across multiple Work Package Orders (WPOs) within the framework.
You will establish and maintain robust project controls systems, processes, and governance aligned to the contract conditions and scope including nuclear industry standards and provide strategic oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
You will monitor actual costs vs forecast and identify variances at WPO level and produce cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and estimate-at-completion (EAC) assessments.
Within the role, you must carry out project controls tasks and present results in an orderly and accurate format.
About you
It is essential that you hold a detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and scope. A knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in delivering the works is also required for the role.
A detailed knowledge of the project controls process and procedures for both HTUK and client is also essential, along with a good level of knowledge and experience in planning and cost analysis and the associated software.
You must thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach.
