Cost Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a Telecom Invoice Analyst to process and audit telecom invoices using BillTrak (TEOCO’s cost assurance system). Key Responsibilities Process and audit telecom invoices in BillTrak Assign G/L coding where required Reconcile balances, adjustments, and credits Investigate audit exceptions and validate billing changes Raise disputes for incorrect billing Support client requests related to assigned accounts Assist with reconciliation of claims and vendor responses Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation Ability to interpret contracts and billing terms Proficiency in MS Office Ability to learn and work with tools like BillTrak and Business Objects Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge Knowledge of Business Objects reporting tool Familiarity with telecom billing and invoice processing Understanding of G/L coding and reconciliation processes Exposure to client systems related to ordering, provisioning, payables, and billing
