Corporate Communications Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Promote internal culture, develop proposals, and contribute to defining the communication strategy
• Plan and execute communication plans and internal campaigns
• Plan and produce content for communication channels (internal audience)
• Plan activities and events to recognize and engage employees
• Serve as the communications interface with different company areas and external vendors
• Prepare and analyze reports with department metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement (endomarketing)
• Autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets
• Experience managing an internal social network
